9:15 Keynote - The Property as a Power Plant
How charging infrastructure becomes real estate's next revenue stream
Charging infrastructure has long been viewed as a necessary investment—an expense required to meet tenant expectations and future regulations. But the economics are changing.
In this keynote, Annika Abraham, CEO at ChargeNode, explores how EV charging, energy storage and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technologies are transforming charging infrastructure from a cost centre into a strategic business asset. Drawing on insights from one of Sweden's largest charging networks, the session highlights how property owners can unlock new value through smart energy management, flexibility markets and emerging revenue models.
Key takeaways
- How V2G and smart charging can impact property value and operating income
- Which revenue opportunities are becoming commercially viable—and which remain hype
- What property owners should prioritize today to avoid tomorrow's energy bottlenecks
9:50 Spotlight - The Future Energy System
What property owners need to know about electrification, flexibility and grid readiness
The rapid electrification of transport, buildings and industry is transforming the energy landscape. At the same time, new technologies, market mechanisms and regulatory changes are creating opportunities that barely existed a few years ago.
In this session, Johanna Lakso, CEO of Power Circle, shares insights from some of Sweden's most influential initiatives and research projects within electrification, smart charging, flexibility markets and the future power system.
For property owners, the implications are significant: charging infrastructure, batteries, energy management systems and connected assets are becoming increasingly important parts of both business strategy and long-term asset value.
Key takeaways
- How electrification is reshaping the energy system
- The growing role of smart charging, flexibility and V2X
- What grid constraints mean for future property development
- Which trends and technologies are likely to shape the coming decade

10:40 Fireside - Sweden After the Election: Will Electrification Finally Accelerate?
Sweden has the technology, the expertise and the ambition to lead the transition to an electrified transport system. Yet while countries such as Denmark are accelerating, Sweden is struggling to keep pace.
Just weeks after the Swedish election, Johanna Lakso, CEO of Power Circle, and Mattias Goldmann, CEO of the 2030 Secretariat, take stock of where Sweden stands – and what the new political landscape could mean for the pace of electrification.
What can Sweden learn from its Nordic neighbours? Which political decisions could make the greatest difference? And how much can actually be achieved through smarter use of the energy system and infrastructure we already have?
A forward-looking conversation about politics, energy and what it will take to turn Sweden’s electrification potential into real progress.

13:00 Keynote - Parking as Digital Infrastructure
Why the future of parking is data-driven
Parking is rapidly evolving from a physical necessity into a connected digital platform.
As vehicles, payments, access control and mobility services become increasingly integrated, parking is emerging as a valuable source of data, automation and operational intelligence. In this keynote, Duncan Licence, Head of Automotive & Data at Arrive, explores how digital infrastructure is transforming parking management and creating new opportunities for property owners, operators and cities.
13:35 Spotlight - Parking 3.0
Connecting the Future of Urban Mobility
As transport becomes increasingly electrified, connected and data-driven, parking is evolving into a vital part of urban infrastructure—connecting mobility, energy, real estate and public space.
In this Spotlight, Theo Thuis, President of the European Parking Association (EPA), shares a European perspective on how parking is evolving across different markets and why collaboration between property owners, parking operators, municipalities, mobility providers and technology companies will be essential in the years ahead.
Drawing on examples from across Europe, Theo explores how interoperability, connected platforms and shared data are enabling smarter mobility services and more efficient use of urban infrastructure. Rather than relying on a single dominant platform, the future will depend on collaboration across ecosystems, allowing cities and stakeholders to work together while meeting local needs.
What can the Nordic market learn from Europe's most progressive initiatives—and how should today's decisions prepare us for tomorrow's connected mobility ecosystem?

Speakers 2026
Annika Abraham
The Building as a Power Plant: How Charging Infrastructure Becomes Real Estate’s Next Revenue Stream
As the real estate sector moves beyond simply deploying EV charging towards managing energy more intelligently, few people have followed that transition as closely as Annika Abraham.
As CEO of ChargeNode, she works at the intersection of real estate, electrification and energy management. Having led the company through a period of rapid market development, she has seen how conversations with property owners have evolved—from installing charging facilities to building flexible energy systems that create long-term value.
In her keynote, "The Building as a Power Plant: How Charging Infrastructure Becomes Real Estate's Next Revenue Stream," Annika will explore why EV charging is evolving from a stand-alone amenity into a strategic component of modern real estate. Drawing on real-world projects and practical experience, she will explain how smart charging, battery storage, energy management and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) are changing the way buildings consume, store and share energy.
Rather than focusing on technology alone, Annika will explore how electrification is reshaping the role of the built environment—and why the property owners who prepare for a more flexible energy system today will be best positioned for the years ahead.
